Applications are accepted Monday-Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm at the address above. Applicants must also submit the following with their completed application:
- A $10.00 non-refundable application fee, payable in cash or money order (no checks).
- A valid State or Federal ID
- A high school diploma or GED indication you have have completed one full year of Algebra I.
