Applications will be accepted September 17 – 28, 2018 from 8:30 am to 11:30 am. On September 19 and 26, applications will also be accepted from 5 pm to 7 pm. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and provide:

  • Birth certificate
  • High school diploma and transcripts or GED and test scored
  • Valid driver’s license
  • DD214 Military Report of Separation, if a veteran
  • College transcripts, if applicable
  • $10 application fee in cash or money order
