Applications taken in Spring 2018. A test will be give at the time of applications. Applicants must be 17.5 or older. When applying, please bring:

• High School diploma and transcripts (or GED and test scores)
• DD214 Military Report of Separation, if a veteran
• College transcripts, if applicable
• $10 in cash or money order for application fee
