Columbus City Council has selected Rob Dorans to fulfill the remainder of the Council term vacated by former President Pro Tem Michael Stinziano.

In a press release announcing the appointment, Council President Shannon Hardin (right) praised Dorans’ service on the Columbus Recreation and Parks Commission, adding that “Rob has been fighting for workers in Ohio for years.”

“We are very pleased to have Rob Dorans join our team and look forward to the unique perspective he brings,” said Hardin.

ACT Ohio and the Ohio State Building and Construction Trades Council congratulate Dorans on his appointment.
